Abstract Feed is an important factor affecting the growth of cultured fish. Around 86.5% production cost aquaculture allocated for purchase feed. Good quality and efficient feed a determinant success business. Single Cell Protein (SCP) dry cell product single microorganisms. SCP generally not only protein but also free amino acids, lipids, carbohydrates, vitamins minerals. The purpose this study was to analyze media Bacillus Cereus which will be used as source by using some easy-to-use waste. research method experimental 2 isolates cereus bacteria, namely B. strain SN7 consortium bacterial isolates. Both were grown in tofu liquid waste media, sago molasses carbon added with egg white nitrogen 3 replications each treatment. results showed that most optimal medium modified incubated 24 hours, compared For comparison, still had higher potential than been hours.
